Welcome to RRR Franchise. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to, application for, and participation in the RRR Franchise program. By applying for or operating as an RRR Franchisee, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1️⃣ Franchise Eligibility

  • The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Submission of valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and GST registration (if applicable) is mandatory.
  • Franchise allotment is done on a first-come, first-served basis for a specific PIN Code or geographical area, subject to availability and approval by RRR.

2️⃣ Franchise Rights

  • The Franchisee is granted limited and/or non-exclusive rights, as determined by RRR, to operate under the RRR brand name in the assigned area.
  • Franchise rights cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or sub-leased to any third party without prior written approval from RRR.

3️⃣ Fees & Payments

  • All franchise fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Payments must be made only to officially authorized RRR bank accounts.
  • RRR shall not be responsible for payments made to any third party, agent, or unauthorized account.

4️⃣ Income & Earnings Disclaimer

  • RRR does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, sales volume, or return on investment.
  • Earnings depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
    • Franchisee’s individual efforts
    • Local market conditions
    • Sales skills and marketing performance
  • Any income figures, examples, or past results shared are illustrative only and do not guarantee future earnings.

5️⃣ Branding & Marketing Guidelines

  • Franchisee must strictly follow RRR’s branding, advertising, and marketing guidelines.
  • False claims, misleading advertisements, fake offers, or income guarantees are strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation of branding or marketing policies may result in immediate termination of the franchise.

6️⃣ Compliance & Legal Responsibility

  • The Franchisee is solely responsible for:
    • Compliance with local, state, and central laws
    • Payment of applicable taxes, GST, and statutory dues
  • RRR shall not be liable for any legal, regulatory, or statutory violations committed by the Franchisee.

7️⃣ Termination Policy

RRR reserves the right to terminate the franchise without prior notice if:

  • Any term or condition is violated
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of the RRR brand is detected
  • Repeated customer complaints are received

👉 Termination shall be without any refund or compensation.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

RRR shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses or financial setbacks
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Market fluctuations, competition, or customer behavior

9️⃣ Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • RRR reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

🔟 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bihar, India.

📌 Acceptance of Terms

By applying for or continuing as an RRR Franchisee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
